Have you ever wanted to resend a piece of content you once privately messaged to a subscriber? How about posting that video you previously sent in a group message? Well, now you can with our new 'Vault' feature.
VIPs will now be able to view every single piece of content that has either been shared, posted, or messaged... all in one place.
Content will be uploaded to the vault automatically or can be added straight to the vault via the 'Add to Vault' button.
You can organise your content in the vault into folders of your choice, by selecting ‘create new folder’, and posts can be repositioned within folders to suit personal preference.
When managing items within the vault, you can view the details of the post such as when it was first uploaded, when it was last used, and the full history of the post. For example, which wall it was posted to or which group it was sent to via message.
If you’d like to re-share a piece of content from the vault, you will have the option of re-publishing it to either your Subscriber or Teaser wall, via a message or by sharing it with a specific group.
A tick-box function at the bottom left of each piece of content will allow you to select more than one image or video at once, and these pieces of content can be either:
- Added to a folder
- Shared as a post
- Sent via a message
- Sent to a group
When uploading content to the vault, there will be an option to select which folder you’d like the images/videos to be published to. For quick access to certain posts, we recommend taking advantage of tags. You can add tags to any post uploaded, which will help to narrow down your search for a particular piece of content.
If you’d like to add content to a message without visiting the vault, you can do so by selecting the three little lines in an open message box, and then selecting ‘add from the vault’. Single or multiple pieces of content can be selected when using this option, just simply click ‘send selected’.
