Take Down Policy

Kiwi Leisure T/A Admireme.VIP respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), and this policy outlines how we handle copyright infringement claims.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one), and you believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

  • Your full name and contact information (address, phone number, and email)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • A URL or other specific location of the allegedly infringing material on our site
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

2. Response to Takedown Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the user who uploaded the content
  • Provide information about how to submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error

3. Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • A description of the material and its original location before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file a responswe within 10 business days, we may restore the content.

4. Account termination
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we reserve the right to terminate any account at any time.

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability.
